Helen and Simon Graduate!
Succesful graduations for two of our colleagues.
Helen Martin, OD Manager and Simon Pocock, Performance Development Consultant have just formally passed the Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute they now both hold nationally recognised qualifications. The principles taught in this certificate underpin how we, as a collaboartive consultancy, do business and as such it is impotant for our colleagues to understand them and work with them.
Helen said, "I found this programme both challenging and extremely rewarding on a personal and professional level. It has helped me to consolidate the knowledge and experience I already have whilst enabling me to understand my development areas and how I can improve upon my consultancy performance. I also found it particularly beneficial and valuable to be with a group of professionals from very varied backgrounds and to dsicuss 'real' and complex consultancy projects. This often led to lively and energised debates! It was also clearly evident that our facilitator, Gail Jones, had a wealth of consultancy experience and tools to draw upon."
