Facilitation Programmes

Our facilitation programmes can enable you to work with groups and teams to significantly improve performance and shift mindsets.

Thanks for showing an interest in how we work with facilitation to increase performance in teams and organisations.

From lengthy collaborative discussions with our clients over the last 10 years we know that they see that performance development facilitation is one of the four key capabilities required of any individual engaged in performance change inside an organisation.

The ability to work with people in a team or group setting is critical to creating cultural change.  What changes the performance of individuals, teams and organisations is not the ability to direct but the ability to enable sustainable shifts in mindset, belief and behaviour.  Our facilitators are powerful in their capability to enable this and our experiential programmes are designed to enable our clients to get to that place of performance for themselves.

Through our Centre for Performance and Organisational Development we provide three levels of programme to meet your specific needs - Introductory two day, Certificate and Diploma .  These programmes are run in open format through our centre location at Rudstone Walk, East Yorkshire and can be run internally to suit your specific requirements.

2 Day Introduction to Facilitation Skills

This programme provides the skills needed for people who are beginning to take a responsibility for facilitating rather than directing events and meetings. If you want to start to learn how to enable others take a dip and see how working in this way truly feels!
