Coaching Capability Development

Developing the day-to-day coaching capabilities of managers can transform an organisation's ability to learn, develop and grow.

We were first asked to support the development of coaches within our client's organisations some 7 years ago and since that time have found that many of our clients value the ability to become much more self sustaining in their ability to create change and development within their own organisations.

We are an organisation that provides other organisations with fantastic performance development coaches to meet a lack of that capability in the client organisation.  Our preference though as a consultancy is always to support sustainability within the client and to support this we have developed three product offers that enable organisations to take their own responsibility for coach development.

Coaching for Leaders

This is a two day programme that supports leaders in organisations to explore the practice and use of non-directive coaching as a way of creating more sustainable performance change and development within their teams.

The Certificate in Performance Development Coaching

Supports HR and OD practitioners in building an appropriately sized cohort of coaches for the organisation to enable it to use coaching as an internal intervention tool.  Many of our clients have used this offer to support cultural change and talent development and some have supported their existing leadership development by internal coaching too.

The Diploma in Performance Development Coaching

A follow on step from the certificate where the requirement for coaches is large in an organisation or where an organisation has coaches who are full time this programme is great for developing experienced masterful coaches who can support the performance of others.

Next Steps
