Health Sector
We currently undertake a large amount of consultancy work within the NHS and have run our coaching and consultancy programmes specifically for health sector delegates in cities around the UK.
Our aspiration is to become a recognised provider of choice within the NHS for performance and organisational development work. We have OD partner relationships with a number of Acute, Foundation and PCT organisations at a local level. Nationally, we have partnership relationships with NHS IMAS (Interim Management and Support) and in April 2011, signed a formal agreement as a partner with NHS Elect.
Our work spans from OD consultancy, to chief executive and director level coaching; resilient and transformational leadership development; consultancy and coaching practitioner development; and includes launching 3 national level consultancy practitioner programmes, accredited by the Institute of Consultancy and delivered in partnership with NHS IMAS.
As we grow, aspiring to be a leading research, membership and organisational development partner for the NHS, we will be aiming to increase our work in helping the NHS to become a much more self-sustaining sector, that is able to increase the way it goes about making a difference to the life of patients, families, carers and local communities.
